Bryan was admitted to the National Court of Papua New Guinea in 1987 and is a former Managing Partner of a PNG law firm operating across Port Moresby, Lae and Mount Hagen. He has advised and consulted on a wide range of commercial, corporate, property, development and cross-border matters, with particular depth in Papua New Guinea.

His mandates have included major bank refinancing, logistics joint venture arrangements, development and property structuring, and government-appointed negotiations for large-scale housing delivery.

Bryan is admitted as a lawyer in Australia and Papua New Guinea and holds a current practising certificate in Papua New Guinea. Corporate Partnering is not an Australian law practice.
